E68 HDD - Can the disk be recovered?

I have bought from eBay a E68 error HDD. It only has a 20GB internal HDD, but still every little helps. If it isn't a physical fault with the disk e.g the heads have crashed etc. Is there anyway that it could be recoverable? and used in a PC

Just bump this before I get out my HDD adapter and load up Xplorer360 or something

usually you take out the drive and put it back in and it works. Drive is probably shot.
