hey, need help on updating my 360. i use JF but my cpu freez up when i plug the sata on the 360.. plese help.. thanks

You are going to need to give a little bit more info than that.

What type of 360 DVD drive do you have and what type of SATA chipset are you using?

What type of 360 DVD drive do you have and what type of SATA chipset are you using?
samsung ms25 vt6421 sata chip.

Remove the VIA driver:

1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-Boot PC.

Open up Jungle Flasher and go to the MTKFlash tab. Go through the I/O ports and find your Samsung MS25. Click Intro/Device ID. Should get good status (0x70). Read the the firmware and save. Autoload iXtreme 1.6 (need to have Samsung IX 1.6 in firmware folder). Once you have your DVDkey spoofed to iXtreme 1.6, write the firmware.

Make sure you save a copy of your firmware when you read the firmware.
