Basically, I want to be able to run backups, and I have been soooo lost trying to work this by myself.
I have a 3.4U firmware Wii which already has the Homebrew Channel. Now let's start from ground 0, can anyone please please tell me the easiest and fastest way to get JUST a backup loader/launcher/whatever you wish to call it.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have been agonizing over this for a week, and I do not want to keep trying myself and brick my Wii.

OK, after massive amounts of googling I found this: http://www.hacksar.com/blog/2009/03/17/h...2/#comment-4693 and it worked!
American Punch Out also works.
HOWEVER, I have a new problem. Bleach Versus Crusade get's a black screen after I choose to launch game with indistinguishable symbols, I assume it is supposed to be Japanese yet looks like the symbols you get when Japanese is not an installed language on your computer...
Can anybody help me? Basically it's a black screen with odd writing and I am forced to shut down my Wii as the Wiimote stops working.

You were given two very good suggestions by members who know what they're talking about.
Have you tried them yet?

I do not want to upgrade my Wii's firmware.
Not to mention there is so much stuff to follow in those guides and I am not hack techy at all. This guide I found and posted a link to got me Backup Loader, and was VERY simple and noob friendly, and it works.
Now I have a new question about a burned game not working, which has NOTHING to do with their two answers, so I can make a brand new thread for it, or I guess I can hope somebody may answer it in this one, but I guess that's not gonna happen in the latter.

You would have been better off to go the 4.1 route. You would have all latest updates plus have SDHC up to 32GB support. As well you would be able to move channels/VC/WiiWare games to SD card and launch them from there.
I still don't understand why people are so hard headed with updating to latest 4.1 firmware.
So if you don't want to follow our previous advice then why give you more advice since you evidently think you know whats best.

Obviously you have completely ignored my question and not helped in the least bit!
Congratulations, you have proved how high and might you really are over the internet instead of trying to help someone!
4.1 has nothing to do with my current issue, nor did it have anything to do with JUST getting Backup Loader.

As I said you would have been better off doing the guide I provided. The guide you used has you install an outdated custom IOS and backup launcher.
I doubt you will get any help at all with an attitude like that. I for sure won't help you anymore.

However, that is no longer the issue!
I now have a game that has some sort of error that I have not been able to get any feedback on. Just to prove my point, I went ahead and did follow your guide, and got my Wii to 4.1. The error is the same! This is my issue now, the game's error.
You are not really helping me with this, and that is what I need. Hence my attitude, it is you acting as if you are helping me when you are not...
It's like giving a man begging for water some bread. WTF.

rynj, hijacking another member's thread is a forum rules no no. the purpose of this thread is for asking for help\advive not for another member to butt in with their own problem. don't go pm'ing a member for help as that is a no no too.
