Hi there

I am trying to flash my BenQ drive with Jungle flasher. I have the 1.6 firmware etc and the via card etc

I went to benq unlock and it went into vendor mode no probs. I read all the firmware and saved it all etc.

I then clicked on 'write' and it crashed half way through!!!

Now i cannot get the drive into vendor mode again to try again.

I fear my xbox has been bricked and would be over the moon if someone could help me sort this asap.

Cheers

Instead of clicking BenQ Unlock, click Intro/Device ID and JF will pop up a box. Click OK, and you will see dots go across the bottom of the screen. When you see those dots, unplug the DVD drive power cable for 1 second and then plug back in. Remember, you are dealing with power so don't short out the drive. You should get good flash chip properties and you can write the firmware.

Well you are dealing with power so make sure you dont put the connection upside or anything like that.
