My japanese wii is semi bricked , please help.

I have a japanese wii modded with wiikey 1. (1.9S updated).
Yesterday I burned USA Wii sports resort , and put that in my wii.
screen got black (It didn't show any message of update )
so I turned off wii and put it back on.
And it's semi bricked now.
please help, what can
I do??
