Toshiba Corp.'s first television to feature the Cell processor (also used with the PlayStation 3 console) is on track for its intended release this year. The Cell Regza TV would have a native resolution of 3820x2160. Full specifications are expected to be released shortly.

Hope this becomes the standard aspect ratio. Better use of Bluray.

Whoa! My videocard doesn't produce resolution that high. Glad to see it's Toshiba and not Sony. Been using this setup for a year and some months. 32" 1080p Regza @1920x1080. Does all I want it to do because I'm staying with DVD until it hurts.
