lu64 fix still not working??

I haven't turned my game on in a while and just remembered that I still can't back my games up. I have an lu64 which i cannot install anything with the word WAD in it, which is keeping me from being able to play my backups.

I have 4.0 still, and did manage to get the homebrew channel on there somehow.

hmm I think it may have worked, all of the steps were successful. i didn't get to test a game yet because I don't have any dvd's. I saw a usb loader 1.5, would that work to where I can just drag my iso and play it?

oh crap it worked!! thanks alot for that guide. I got my games running off of my external hdd now with no problems!! it seems like there's a bunch of upset people in that forum. they should probably just follow the guide step by step lol.
