Cannot get jungle flash to go pass the read option

While going through the tutorial whenever I get to the option to hit the read button the programs locks up every time and will not read the banks from the drive. My unit is a ben-q

If you are using the VIA SATA card, remove the driver:

1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-Boot PC.

Yep I did that it and still freezes at that point.

Reading Bank 0: .....

No futther same spot every time. Does it matter which port you plug into. I read on here that you should use the closest port to the front of the pc. I been using the external port on the card. Which is the second one.
