I was using Jungle Flasher 0.166 Beta to flash my Lite on Drive the drive which was already flashed with 1.51 Firmware. I have a 360 Extractor.The Drive showed up so I backed it all up made the Lite.Cfw.Bin and Started the Erase process Jungle Flasher said not responding after 15 mins I restarted my computer re-open Jungle Flasher and My drive no longer ejected or does anything I put it back in my xbox seeing if it was a chip or power issue it still didnt work.I read on a forum a guy had the same type issue and it said that my drive was stuck in Vendor Mode it said to eject the drive and by hitting the Outro/Ata Reset in Jungle flasher I tryed many methods to get the drive back and ideas.

If you are using the VIA SATA card, remove the driver:

1. Disable VIA card in Device Manager.
2. Go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers and remove "viamraid.sys" or "vsmraid.sys".
3. Re-enable VIA card in Device Manager.
4. Re-Boot PC.

Now that the firmware is erased, the drive will not be detected by JF. Go ahead and start up the drive (shouldn't lock up now), and go to MTKFlash tab. Make sure you have the same I/O port you were using and click Intro/Device ID. That should Intro the Lite-ON and get you good flash chip properties (Winbond/NEX or MXIC, status 0x72). From there you can write the firmware.

I deleted the files before I started It was Jungle Flasher Beta that crashed never ecovered.Also my Drive does not Eject and it does no longer show up in JF.

Did you try the Intro like I suggested?

I have tryed the intro as you said. Still trying that but I dont remember what I/O port I used. I see my Device Via Vt6421 Raid Controller And it has 4 listed 2 Are Ide master and slave. And the other 2 are Sata,Both Are master so I tryed both I get this.

Try clicking Lite-ON erase and then power cycling when prompted. Then try to write the firmware.

At the start I said I didn't Remember if I was on OxDD00 or OXDC00 I flashed my Benq and it was on OXDD00 so I tryed OXDD00 this is the results

Drive returned Status 0x0

I loaded up my backed up dummy file as the source and the ix16-liteon-repack.bin as the target and then I went to write it said When I tryed to write to the drive that the Source was not spoofed so I went to Firmware 32 Tab and hit Spoof Source to Target tried to Write again I get this message at the bottem Unknown flash type Write aborted !

You might have to make a bootable USB drive and boot DosFlash v1.8 to write the firmware.
