Ok, sounds like I'm trying to beat the system for a buddy here, but far from that.
I have 2 360's in my house, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. The living room setup with xb live gold, bedroom only has silver. So I figured I would just grab the Hard Drive with the gold membership, plug it in and be ready to go. Not so much...
When I go to the Netflix channel it asks me to activate the console. I figured this info would be on the HD, but apparently not. Is there anyway to avoid this inconvenience? Does anyone know if I can do this and avoid having to do it again in the living room, or will it be and endless cycle?
Only solution I can see is to get PlayOn, then I wouldn't have to mess with the HD changeover, but I'm waiting to see if I can get it below the $30 price point. :D
