I have heard of a few people getting corrupt files in their hard drives. But its weird how it suddenly just stops
maybe a hard disc problem?
is there anyway you can format and reinstall your dash etc? (easy enough if you backed it up)

Sounds sorta like a media issue.. What games are they and what type of disks are you using?

The only thing i can think of is that i accidentally flashed the bios.then when
the xbox was booting up underneath the xbox logo said xecuter2 in stead of Microsoft.
So i flashed the bios again and its back to normal .
but i think the games were sill working fine after that.

Thats nothing more than a logo to tell you that you are running a Xecuter bios. You could put anything you want there. I like mine to say Xecuter2. It lets me know that I am running a modified bios. Some older xecuter bios versions will still say "microsoft". Just a easy way to confirm what bios is running. Your dashboard should say what it is.. Usually newbie's will use Exolution X or Avalaunch dashboards. They are the most common ones.

Evolution X is one of the most stable dashboards out there. I really wish they would have kept on developing it. How about your bios are you using the latest one?

I am guessing you bought your system already modded correct? Boot your system and look in the evo-x menu at system utilities\settings\ Then scroll down until you see bios. Look at the line that says "Kernel version" That shows what bios version you are running.
