Games List in Games Library loads very slowly

Games List in Games Library loads very slowly after i exit a game when i'm connected to xbox live. Once it has loaded, i could go back and re-enter again without any problems. It loads very fast until i play a game, exit the game and return to the dashboard then games list. Then it keeps loading for a very long time (between 30-90 seconds). After that it works fine until i start a game and exit it.
This behavior doesn't happen at all when i am using another offline account and it also never happens when i'm first logged into xbox live. It always happen after i have exited a game when i'm using my xbox live account.

does anything else load slow or effect your gameplay? or just the games list? And how many games do you have on it?

Some other lists loads slowly at that point like system settings. This doesn't affect game play at all (online or offline). I have around 130 arcade games installed.

hm... this is weird... I'm not really sure what to tell you?
Any specific reason this needs to get done, or more of something you are just curious about?

I just wanted to know if this is a common issue or if it is just happening to me and it is also a bit tedious to have to wait a couple of minutes every time i switch an arcade game specially that i play a lot of arcade games, though there is nothing blocking in here.

hm... ok I get you.
But sorry, I'm really not sure what to tell you. I haven't experienced that, and I don't know of any friends who have.
If you ever figure it out, let us know.
Maybe (if you no longer play them) delete some of your games off the hard drive.
Although I thought there was some process for clearing random bs off of the hd by some button combination or so. Tried that? Search for it, or maybe someone that uses it can chime in.
I've never had to use it myself, but it might be useful to you now.

Yes, i have tried clearing the cache but it didn't work. Maybe i'll try deleting some games, though i don't think the problem is with the amount of data or Hard Drive as the same scenario is working fine when i am logged using my offline account. Here is a link to a video that shows the problem. The first account i am logged in with is the offline account that shows the scenario without any problems. I then logout and login using my xbox live account where the problem exists.

I think it is the hard drive that is failing. I have 2 boxes that are modded. When the problem started to happen I had a sammy drive in and assumed it was the dvd. I did get a red lite in the lower right hand button after i turned it off and started right back up. That is very very hard to duplicate.
I get a new benq drive in the 360 and even switch boxes. I got that red light again so I did duplicate the problem on both boxes as the list does take some time to load up after an arcade game has been played. Very seldom does this happen when leaving a dvd game.
SO same problem two boxes one thing in common was that I had the same hard drive. So since I didnt do the thing to get the error code meanings as I dont know how to do that. My hard drive is old. It is a 20 gig first gen hard drive. So maybe these problems are going to start happening more often since as the box itself wasnt made to hold up neither is the hard drive too. Hopefully this helps.

Does it do it if you're not connected to live? Sounds like a simple network problem (probably not your networks fault, but xbox live)), I wouldn't worry about it if I was you.

I tried removing the network cable, and the problem wasn't happening then. I think it is also related with having number of downloads on the queue. It seems to me to be more of a bug, though i am not sure how to report it to Microsoft as their customer service is terrible and they don't read the complaints.
