Yes i am aware of that, until the delivery of there new boxes arrive, then they will be swapped over, so you will have until they arrive.
The new cards are ROM 142 cards
There are new boxes on order for the mmds areas, below is a link for the latest one for the Nagra3 encryption, which are been purchased by upc.
NEW MMDS BOXES
so they wont be changing all the mmds areas to cable, only the ones that have cable in the same areas.
And cards are nearly fully rolled out now, in most cho*** areas, so only a matter of time now before movies and sport is gone.

Im nt useing areial im getting a cable feed from chouras,,,unless they have not swiched yet????? doese this mean if we use areuals we will not be effected by N3 ???????

if your using cable , more than likely there is no transponder in the area. im pretty sure, mmds is different to cable ,

Well on chorus cable in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Sports still there, but Movies and Porn chans gone

firstly, ya have to be in a MMDS area and where the transmitter is, ya cant just sling up an aerial and it works, google skywonder for a list of MMDS aerials or equipment,
google Chorus MMDS areas and you will see whats where

i know someone working in ch***us and now that they have got the digital and the analouge back under control they are now going to go after mmds so dont expect it to last to much longer
