Just recovered HBC after upgrade to 4.2

Please bear with me, I am noob.

I had a softmodded wii working on system 4.1. I had followed the guide posted by larrylj on this site. After accidentally upgrading to 4.2 and having HBC deleted, I just restored HBC 1.5 using Lego Indiana Jones. Now.......

Q1) As part of softmoding, I had restored Truch bug (downgraded IOS15, applied patch for IOS36 and rolled back IOS15). Do I need to do it again?

Q2) What about cIOS38_rev14? Do I need to install again?

Q3) Also, how do I restore restore the Neogamma, Backup channel and DVD dumper? (Don't care about USB loader). So can I use WAD manager with IO250 instead of IOS249(IOS250 does show up in WAD manager) to install DVD Dumper, Backup Channel etc.?
