Just bought a brand new Digivox XLUSB, and cannot get even some freeveiw channels, like Eurosport and Skysports news, and typing in "1004" dosn,t get the "Emu" screen up, any help please.
Put the newest firmware on the memory stick put the memory stick in the back of your box,, and turn on the box make sure all cables are in place,
press menu and go to where it says usb, click into it, you will see the firmware click on that and it will ask you to restore data press ok,
when box flashes off and back on,press menu and do a factory reset, then go to installation and do an automatic scan for your provider,all channels will then come in,then press menu,system info,1004 another menu will appear
put key-code on and press set default key, and last of all go to time settings and put summer time on,
make sure you turn the box off at the back before and after you put the usb stick in or out,
enjoy.
