Converting ntsc psv save to pal psv save?

I'm trying to convert a NTSC nfl 2k5 save to a PAL nfl 2k5 save is there any way do this without needing a ps2/ps3 memory card dongle

Do you have a ps2, armax codebreaker etc, and a ps3 memory card adapter.

It is very easy to do. I took a PAL save of Syphon Filter and converted it to NTSC. It is all about the title of the files.

PM me and I will give you a run though. There are a few programs that you need.

Why don't you post a tutorial. It would help a lot of people. We are talking about ps3 format .psv format. It is easy to change a regular ps2 save. Have you found a way to alter a .psv? If so then please post.

I am not sure about the legality of it. It is in fact altering copyrighted materials. Being that this is on AfterDawn, I dont want to end up in a ban situation.
