i was reading and seen that linux can be loaded on ps3 just wanted to know what other ones were out there i like os x and xp and vista just wanted to know if those were out thee yet or not.

You can load Linux. You can either load Yellow Dog Linux, or Ubuntu. Go to http://psubuntu.com

Don't expect to see anything close to the performance and speed of Windows.
