Does anyone know where it is. Before I spend x amount of money on a compatible ripper, I would like to know if my DVD drives are already compatible.
If anyone knows off the top of their head, the first is a TS-H653b and the other is a TS-H653A. Both TSST corp.

neither on of yours are kreon compatible, unless you want to use the stupid winxripper method.

Yes & No.
I've been searching, but with stupid keywords. Ripper drives and backing up drives. Search brought up not a lot that was relevant or helpful.
Now i did find it afterwards.

i wouldnt use it ever. its a stupid poor mans way of saving himself 30 bucks and causing more trouble than its worth. just buy a kreon drive and be done with it.

just go on ebay and type in kreon and buy one.
As long as it is compatible with an open port you have, and has the latest kreon, just get it.
