i just used Waninkoko's cIOS38 rev14 installer and did the following install IOS70,then installed IOS250 and now i can play back ups and load games with usb loader

All you had to do is use Waninkoko 4.2 system updater and you could still use all cIOS slots (IOS222/223/249).
