Cant install cIOS38 rev14

I am currently on firmware 3.3U and i have some version of cIOS rev7, I get the -2011 code whenever I try to install cIOS38 rev 14. All input is appreciated.

With Trucha Bug Restorer: Once you ran the rev14 installer, ensure you select IOS36 at the first prompt. Afterwards, do a network installation if you have wi-fi connection.
