Yes there is. Search the forums for more info. The program I used is JungleFlasher, but there are others. If your 360 has a Lite-On drive it makes the flashing process more complicated, so the first thing you should do is identify which drive you have.

Yep. All 360s have been using Lite-On drives for a while now. You need to use a spear/probe when flashing a Lite-On. Google for guides or just search this forum, cos all the info is out there and there are step by step guides all over the place.
That only shows the older drives though, not the Lite-On. The Lite-Ons have the same drive tray as the BenQ, but there's a difference in the colour of the wires: -
