I have a PSP slim, 5.50 gen b2 cfw , I have UMD Gen 4 on my laptop and The new decrytor on my psp. I use the UMD gen to extract the Eboot.bin then I take that and copy onto root of memory stick.I then open the decryptor on psp and search for the eboot and hit enter and I am lost after that...can anyone help me? and is it even worth figuring out..any plans for a newer custom firmware?

yes there is but beta wnt b released for a while. and there is already a thread on this but the guide is kinda hard if ur a noob but u can read off wat others wrote and finish the patch from thier mistakes
