The Game is hot. Anybody else wanna join me in this blatant rebellion against the machine?!!! All I'm gonna do when the hammer drops is go to walmart, buy a new xbox and put mine in the box and return it next day. lol

The fact that I have had to purchase 3 360 from the date that they came out says that I should get 360s for life. I mean really! I've had one ps3 since they came out. No issues (knock on Wood). Besides Walmart doesn't turn around and resell them, they send them bac to M$ and then M$ refurbs then makes money of my defective piece. So everybody wins.
Besides that I used to work warranties and insurance, even though we paid for these upfront the warranties and isurances that we pay for devices that never break far out way what they spend on repair. the profits on their end is huge.
But I understand where you are coming from. All of us exploit different things and systems. This is just an exploit I prefer to use.

actually they do resell the returns. thats why you will see consoles with the smiley face stickers on them in their shelves. and add into the fact that i once purchased a RROD console from wal-mart.

hmn, I was wondering if this would work as it has worked for many other items I've switched in the past. I just assumed that they would scan the bar-code on the back of the 360 or something. It works with a lot of other items though, switched a 1 tb seagate barracuda that didn't work at bestbuy with ease last month.

Maybe this is a dumb question but with the second disc being an istallation disk, do i need to burn it or just burn the first disc and load the 2nd disc and thats it..??

I don't understand the question, lol. If you don't burn the 2nd disc, how are you going to load it?
You can play Forza 3 without the second disc. The second disc contains 4 add-on packs totalling 1.9 GB of extra cars and tracks.
When you first play the game, it will ask you if you want to install the extra content. If you say yes, it will tell you to eject the disc and put in disc 2, then the extra content installs (you can choose individual packs or install all 4). Once that's done it tells you to put disc 1 back in again. From that point on, you won't need disc 2 unless you delete the extra content from your hard drive and you need to reinstall it.
So, you can install the first disc with the usual method (press Y at the dashboard and install to hard drive), but don't do that with disc 2 as it has to be installed from inside the game.
