Do a manual scan on the ones that are not coming up, - Go to Sly Sports 1 - then press Menu and OK on Installation, then down to Manual Scan and OK and the Frequency that you have just come from i.e. will be in Down Frequency, just press OK and it will scan that frequency and tell you how many channels that have been found, wait for saving then exit back to main menu and reorder in Channel Edit, then check your TV Listing and you will have two Sly 1s, delete the non - working one, do this on any other channel you lose - There is no reason that you are not receiving them in the UK, so give it a try.
