i have a psp 2003 with chickhen 5.50 m33-4

i have seen many different ones including a m33-6 and i dont know if i should update or leafe mine be...

can someone explain what all the gen-b etc... firmwares there is.

and im a noobie to the psp scene...

the newer games out only run on GEN firmware of the memory stick, the odd bit of homebrew is not supported, although popsloader for PS1/PSX games is. New games have to be converted.
