Thats a sata connection but it all depends on if the chipset that is on the Motherboard is compatible with the 360 drive.
You will need to connect everything and see if Jungle Flasher will detect the 360 drive.

Go to Device manager on your PC and expand the section for IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers.
As an example mine says -- Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) Ultra ATA Storage Controller

one you connect everything and jungle flasher doesnt recognise the drive, then you will need to buy a sata card. the most used is a via6421. it also depends on the drive you have. hitachis are usually compatible with any chipset, but check the jungle flasher tutorial to get more info on whats compatible and whats not

I believe people have had luck with ICH10. Give it a shot, if it doesn't work you will need the VIA 6421 SATA card.
