ok i did a search and found a bunch of threads on flashing ofw with iprep. with the new wave 4 hitting i am gonna need to reflash my drive when 1.7 becomes available. can someone point me to a jungleflasher tutorial on flashing from 1.6---->
i thought i read somewhere there is a different way you have to get the drive into vendor mode.

thanks but now i am even more confused do i reflash back to the original firmware or just flash it with the updated firmware and also there is nothing in that thread about getting the drive running custom firmware into vendor mode

No, a few posters state you can flash the BenQ from iXtreme to a different iXtreme no problem.
