pc cant see samsung drive

Hi I am trying to spoof a samsung drive that's already flashed this morning jungle flasher could see the drive but I couldn't get into vendor mode but now I can't see the drive at all I originally flashed this drive so it can be done I have also just done a Hitachi without any issues but even when the pc boots up bios doesn't see this drive but others it does. I get into jf and it says no drive detected on all ports I have tried both my sata ports I'm using nvidia onboard. Been trying 5 hours now!

Ok so I think it might be the console I'm using to power it on with. Using the original drive for this console it will eject the drive on power on and eject it on power off when I hit eject put a disc in and hit close the dashboard says opening and it won't load the DVD even though its actually closed and disk is spinning
