Homemade hard drives may soon be banned.

thanks for the info. Looks like i won't be looking for cheap Xbox hdds on eBay or else where. Eh, i'll stick to my 20gb hdd then.

I think i'll stick my neck out and say they wont ban the HDDs.

Is anyone really think that when MS bans your xbox it
doesn't work after that like it should be?
I understant these live bans, but is that legal to make
device working another way than it works when you buy it?
And i mean that you cant use your HDD to store your games.
That must be your personal OWN right to make something yourself
if you can. (not meaning piracy ,but if you can crow your own potatoes...)
But in MS think ppl is too stupid to do something to that.
(and it seems to be true)

PS. not banned but should be.

if i had to guess(and believe me i am), i think he's questioning the legality of MS being able to take away a function of your console once banned i.e. ripping games to hdd.then again, he could be going somewhere completely different lol.
