Working from the massive amount of detail you have provided us with, i'd guess that your Blu-Ray drive isdying/has died.
Untill you provide some more details however, I'm not going to waste my time searching for information for you.
hello the only thing wrong with it is that it frezes on games but plays dvds. how can it be the drive if it plays one and not other? if it is the drive is it worth it to get fixed??
The PS3 uses a different laser for DVD's, Blu-Ray disks, and CD's. It's quite likely that just the Blu-ray diode has crapped out. Is the PS3 still in warrenty?

Read through the thread I provided...you cant replace the whole drive as it is married to your motherboard. You can, however, replace the laser within the drive. You find all the links and information needed in that thread.
