I dunno about bans, but the scene release is just a repack of the earlier P2P release. Everything about them is exactly the same including the RawSS. Proof: -
Why would you want to play an unverified game ripped from an unknown source, before it's even released, and during a time where people are getting banned for pre-release play of copied games? You might as well just phone up MS and ask them to ban you.

Wasn't it also you that was saying GigaNews was crap, before I pointed out that you were using a GigaNews reseller and therefore using a watered down version of their service, then you went and switched to GigaNews yourself?
