Output sound from xbox with HDMI?

So heres how my setup is, I have and Xbox 360 outputing to the HDMI all the way to my computer monitor and gets converted to DVI so it can plug into the monitor. It looks great but there is no sound and my monitor has no speakers, so what Im asking is: is there a cable to 'extract' the sound from the HDMI to something usable such as a 3.5mm or rca? Or even a cable to the back of the xbox I can plug in (skinnier that the regular xbox hookup as it is to big to fit with hdmi)

I don't know how easy it would be to find that cable though. You might be able to get one from eBay.
