Jungle Flasher Help

Recently I had the probe that came with my connectivity kit replaced and was finally able to extract the key through Jungle Flasher and it stated that the key looked ok.....I have questions about the flashing process however as well as making sure the key is correct. When these files are created, I assume that the key.bin file is the one that stores the key? If this is the case is it supposed to be the same as something shown in Jungle Flasher or is it to have different characters.....What I mean my different characters is it'll give a few alphanumeric characters along with various symbols. Next, I did read the jungle flasher tutorial, and noted where it said you need to rename the lite on IExtreme file to ix16-liteon.bin. Am I correct in the assumption that when you download the LiteOn_iXtreme-THX_v1.6.REPACK.rar file that this is to be extracted and then the *.iso inside renamed? I've read about the spoofing process. The question I have in this regard is when you spoof, do you need a specific drive to be able to do this or can any drive suffice? When you spoof a drive is it required that it be attached to the connectivity kit or do you just attach it via sata connector? I read that this is optional but advised, so this is why I am asking about the spoofing aspect.


I want to ensure that I have this information correct before I erase my liteon and lose everything.
