You are defo not confused that for sure, as you know what im on about, when Rayonics was raided of course they ceased trading, so someone else had to be found to distribute the eurovox, nothing to do with Rayonics.
Its called Business!! just because one importer stops, does not stop other importers from taking over, just like any business as a going concern.
And im sure as a good friend of zemme, you are well informed on this matter !!

So as you say, Nothing to do with Rayyonics (Eurovox) there being importer without permission, and using the brand name illegally.
And you preach that the 6000 is not official....
Yes like you say there are various importers as we have said all along.
BTW i'm well informed as i'm a good friend of Rayyonics so i'm able to quote facts and not not be spoonfed lies.
I think the best thing is to now let people make up there own minds as it's fairly clear now what the facts are.

Yes i have said this before let the punter decide, and as i have also said previously, if you have been dealing with a supplier in the past, my advice would be to stick to that supplier, as you know what you are getting from them.

People will use who is reliable & trustworthy, hopefully support will be adequate for all the boxes.

Zemme point taken on Vat. It would be interesting to see what the outcome is of the Rayyonics trial. It is extremely difficult to prove "mere intent" without any Actual Offence being committed, beyond any reasonable dout in the court. However, if ex6000 has quality components and not made in China Cheap and Cheerfu, I would invest in one. Is the updaing software available for it now? Can the software updated via RS232? In my Opinion If the retail price was £75.00 to £80.00, probably the sale would have shot up by now.

Hi All,
Simply pop the KURO2 file onto USB stick and place in box, power up the box the display will then count up, 1-100.
Box will reboot when finished and all done.
Alternatively it can be done via the menu, browsing to filelist as the starview.
There is also an uploader should you wish to go about it by the old RS232 method.
I received one today and am more than pleased with it, picture quality on my 50incher is top notch, i'll let others make up there own minds once they have one as i don't want to get into all these heated debates.....LOL's
Not sure if i'm allowed but i can post the rapidshare link i was given if it's not breaking the rules.

The EPG is fine m8, all listings are there and come up well quick.
Has like a picture in picture where you can have multiple channels on thr screen at once
Not really played with it to much as missus would kill me whilst eastenders is on. LOL's

Hi Mmir. We are all anxious to find out what will happen to Rayyonics. We will find out in the new year what is going on. We will keep you posted here.
The old bill can arrest you for intent if they have the evidence to make a case against you. Yes software can be updated via RS232 also. We are speaking to a reputable trader to offer a special price to Afterdawn members as an introductory offer. We a negotiating a price of £79.99 for Afterdawn member which includes delivery to mainland UK. How does this sound to you, do you think it will work okay?

Z|emme £80.00 including P&P is about right price in view of the fact that there are so many Cable Receivers selling around that price or thereabout. I am awaiting the announcement of Special Price for After Dawn members. Please ensure the Dealer you shoose is a Genuine Reputable Dealer offering Special Price. I have no doubt the sale would shot up at this competitive price. When more people buy it and find it satisfactory, they would, no doubt, give their positive reviews along with any problem they encounter and ask how to rectify those. It would be further useful if a tutorial is also issued re set up and upgrading software etc.,at this early stage.

Any supplier would give a discount to Afterdawn forum members,so what is the point you are trying to make here, looks like you are now siding with zemme, to either promote his box, or trying to get a deal for yourself on the back of it, either way i still don't see any other suppliers selling this box apart now from lincsat and dvb revolution, who is going to buy from a company, that you have no way of contacting apart from an email address which to me does not make a lot of sense, and there seems to be a lot of newbies just coming on now talking about this box, is this due to the fact that its actually not selling, ?? and the people that are now promoting this box is in fact part of your team.
Best way is to just go with the Existing sellers...more Trustworthy
and if u go to whois.co.uk it will tell you when dvb revolution was actually setup..and in dvb revolutions case...only recently !!
As i have said before, best way if you have previously bought boxes from a supplier, use them to purchase further units from, if they don't stock that box ask them why, they should know why they are not stocking this, its always best to stick to your trusted supplier, at least you know what you are getting
Oh and last but no least the importing rights for the importation of the Eurovox has been given to someone else due to Rayonics ceasing trading.

Who is bitching about discounts, im sure your own supplier could match any price you get for any box, all im trying to get across is how come other suppliers are not stocking this unit, if the box was such a great box as has been said, other suppliers would be jumping on it to get a supply, when i buy a box i look for the best price then go back to the supplier i was dealing with, and ask them to match the price, which they would do, so as there is no other supplier stocking this model, where can ya go for a better deal actually nowhere that i could find that stock it, or even have it on their website, any cable box supplier i have googled dont have it WHY ??

Just spoken to Zemme....Official release date is 14th November, a supplier list will be released shortly along with pricing.
The few boxes that are currently out there are from a small promotional batch. Feedback from people who have the box already has been very good.
Does this explain it for you?
As has been said a dozen times or so before, let the people decide which box to buy.

well when i see a list of suppliers supplying this i will be happy, until then no.
People where caught on the hop before, including myself with the original Starview 1.
Which people where promoting as originals, and where clone boxes, now i know what you are going to say, this is a new box made from scratch,all i want to do is make sure other people are not caught, if the box is stocked by, other suppliers well then there is no problem, as well as having full contact details ie phone, address, and email, contact details.
As i myself would not advise anyone to buy from anyone, who does not have these details on their website.

most of the ones on google wiv the 1100 and other boxes dont list there addy, fink its just people being careful.
Im not bovered anyhow as i pay by paypal who cover you if any probs

PayPal can only cover you if there is funds in the suppliers account, if there is no funds PayPal will not refund you from their own funds, i have seen this happen to a number of people who bought goods thru Paypal, and when a dispute was escalated and when the person won their case, they where informed sorry there is not enough funds to give you a full refund, you can have a partial refund, so you are not always safe that way either, but much more secure maybe.
And yes, always be cautious about dealing with people you have not dealt with before, try and deal with people you have dealt with before, if at all possible.

Mate I just did a google search like u said and checked the top load of sponsored links and guess what none of them list details u are on about except some shiity pay as you go numbers at the most. all they aave is a email address. your talking out your arse mate.
and something else I never noticed but a lot of these websites all look bloody identical, like they are all the same person. hmmmm.

e45, your Email at 13.43 refers. With due respect I am not on any one's side. I am only looking for good value for money. Most likely,it is my own opinion that Ex6000sd has been developed by taking best bits from previous and current Original Eurovox models with few additions of their own such as PinP. I have to be fair and look at the pros and cons, read what others say and make up my own mind with no offence to any one.

well lets all see what suppliers come on stream if any, with regard to this unit.
Im sure anyone that has been buying cable boxes from suppliers, have a trusted one unlike some others, who has only set there business since the launch of this box, and has no other box on display, nobody would have purchased anything from them in such a short time, but time will tell.
If the launch date is supposed to be the 14th, im sure other suppliers would have been taking pre orders for this unit by now, and not leaving it till the last moment to get supplies of this in, they would have had the product on their sites by now as well.
also here is just small list of suppliers, that supply all there info on their web pages, so not all are like that.
