VCD track transfer to other VCD disk

I have just bought a bunch of HQ VCD music video clips that are track fomatted and I would like to tranfer only the tracks I like to just a few discs to avoid having to always get up to change the discs in my DVD player.

I have an older Pentium II upgraded to 128 RAM and 3 Gig Hardrive.

My questions are as follows:

1/ Can I do this with the equipment I have?

2/ What software would I need?

3/ Is the procedure fairly straightforward or complicated?

I may just take them all in to someone with a Mac program that will do it if it appears to costly or difficult.
