I used DVD Decrypter and got the protected files 7.7 GB from the DVD. Where do I go from here in getting these files on 4.7 GB DVD+R

you should start over. first download DVD Shrink 3.1, then install it. Then read the guide on this sight its the best one around. shrink will work with DVD Decrypter to copy . this is the easiest way.

Always try shrink first if it won't work then go to decrypter.
