It can't be confirmed until its out. But why wouldn't they make it wave 4? the only reason borderlands and forza weren't while cars and the other one (forgot what it was) were is most likely because since borderlands were much larger titles they were probably finished and ready to ship sooner. While the other two games may have been pushed out quicker. So even though they came out at about the same time borderlnds and forza had to be ready to ship much sooner. at least this is my opinion on it.

I thought forza was a wave 4. I'm glad it's not so I can play it tomorrow. I'm waiting for 1.61 to flash. I wish it would hurry up. Hopefully I will see it up somewhere tomorrow. Thanks for the reply. Makes sense.

I think you can safely assume that with the "most anticipated game this year".....It will be wave 4 FORSURE.
MS would be idiots if they didn't make it wave 4 to try and stem the piracy of this game!
this is just my 2 cents :)

Nah I really don't know, but it most likely will be, since most new games being released now are Wave 4 (Tekken, GTA Episodes).

I think it will be wave 4 unless it's been shipped earier. If it is wave 4 i'm sure 1.61 will be out by then.
