This possible? I may have partly bricked my wii. I can get into bootmii but don't have a backup of the nand.

its possible actually there are videos of people doing this on youtube and ive tested it myself. Goodluck finding a fresh bin file .

here's the one from my Wii when it was a 4.0u System Menu, nearly virgin.
only thing I had loaded on it at that point was Homebrew, DivX, & Bootmii

it will take me a while to get it loaded onto uploading.com, since the original files are about 500Mb
I'll let you know when it's ready for DL

hmm, this looks it's gonna take all night, 400+ Mb & I've got some ISOs I'm DLing at the same time.
if you want the NAND bin from the other Wii just run bootmii on it & extract the bin onto a SD card, on the same menu you'll be using to restore it to your busted/semi-bricked Wii

ok, I had to give up on uploading.com
strange as it worked for me find just a few weeks ago
I've started a torrent named "Wii-BackUp_4.0u.zip"
so get on your torrent client & search for that name
It's uploading at 5kbps right now

just make a folder inside your dropbox and put the nand backup in there then right click on the folder go to dropbox click share folder and enter the email of who u want to share the folder with then he will just dload it from there u have up to 2 gb free great personal file sharing not to mention a way to backup crap

You should have posted that link the first time & then you could have got some more storage space when I signed up !

I've got the NAND backup from my SD card in the DropBox, but not sure how to let GameOver9 know how to get to it.
I already went past the part where you enter an eMail addy, since I don't know GameOver's eMail addy & I couldn't find his profile on the forum...
