What are everyones thoughts on reflow methods?? Heat gun or overheating the chip?

how about a reflow station? heatgun is stupid and you can't control the temps. I own and use a reflow station.

Bake the motherboard. Wrap itin tshirts and tinfoil, leavng the bottom of the motherboard exposed. youtube has videos. Ive fixed several like this lately.
