Below are the stats from a rip of gta, I know people are playing this and they say its safe and stealth patched. My question is how can a game be stealth patched without abgx? Like tekken 6 people are playing it online and say its safe also, but how can that be if it isnt in the abgx database? How is it safe if it fails?

The simple answer is that most times, if a game is leaked before the street date, it is very difficult to truly verify it.
However, ABGX is 'smart' enough to know what the stealth files should look like, so it will pass those checks, even without truly verified info.
Once a verified retail copy of the game is uploaded into their database, it will actually compare the files that 'look right' to the files that are known to be good. If they don't match, depending on your ABGX360 settings, it will change them to known good ones for you.
That doesn't necessarily mean that the ones you had were bad, it just means that the ones the database has are known to be good.
That being said, a word of warning for you: the way people get banned a lot of times is by playing pre-release games early, and thinking they check out because most things in ABGX are green, when in fact the version that was leaked to the internet is not a legit retail version. Many times there are review copies, given to writers, or simply bad rips. It's impossible for ABGX to warn you of those, because they look good, but they aren't retail.
For that reason, I never play games before a verified retail release.

Oh gawd! I burned it already, and started playing, I found another release that everyone was saying it was safe cause a certain person made it and all their uploads are safe....... so is it only a matter of time before I get banned?

Nah, not necessarily mate! I wouldn't worry about it, cos there's nothing you can do now anyway apart from rip the disc you've burned, fix it with abgx360, then re-burn it to a new disc (or just fix the original ISO if you haven't deleted it). There are people who don't even use abgx360 at all that have gone through ban waves without being hit with the ban hammer, although I wouldn't advise that. abgx360 just helps to make you as safe as you can be, but without knowing exactly what MS look for when banning people, any of us could be banned at any time.
