Got a Lite-On that has had 1.4, 1.5, 1.51, and 1.6 firmwares on it. No ban.
I always use ABGX at level 3 and never play non-verified or pre-release titles.

no ban for me yet, but i did play SF4 early and my iso did need an autofix afterwards so i definetly should have a target on me in MS eyes. i think i played wolverine early but offline(like it matters) I may have also played UFC early. we will see how this plays out

they stopped non official memcards. the Hard drives are still in use by MANY people here so no thats not right.

my brother in law just got banned he has a benq drive with ixtreme 1.51. he may have popped in a early copy of guitar hero metallica.

True but when you log back in on Live all your information will be sent to Microsoft.

I was just banned.
Lite on 1.6.
Games all abgx verified and never played until after the release dates.
Haven't tried any wave 4 games yet.
The only time I actually used live was last night to get the Forza 3 theme and I was curious what the online downloadable stuff for Smackdown v. Raw 2010 looked like as my gold trial was expiring.
For the most part though live was blocked from the settings. I just logged in to check to see if I was banned and I was. =)
Good news though as I won't have to wait to play pre releases anymore. lol.

I've been reading the replies on xboxscene and almost everyone that wasn't banned said they didn't use activate iso, played wave 4, or played early...
So... should avoid wave 4 at the moment maybe?

it wont make a difference, whats done is done. the modded games you have played have been logged. it doesnt matter what you do if you put up a ban flag you will probobly get hit.

Interesting... lots of people on here saying they havent touched wave 4 too tho and have been banned. I'm going to sleep on it and check in the morning! Hoping maybe some more info is gathered by then

Not sure I understand your question, did I play the Wave 4 games online? Or did I play another game online since then?
I played NBA2k10 online after playing GTA4 while logged into my XBL account and I can sign in fine.

Hey I'm new here but I wanted to try and help out and explain what going on with my box and see if can help you guys I'm at work so I got some free time on my hand. Anyways I just got my Xbox back from being fixed from a no video problem. It's already been modded and I believe it's the 1.6 benq. Anyways I figured I could help by saying I've already did the auto Xbox update last night around 11pm an played some forza 3 offline and on then switched to gtatbogt with using the boot disc first. I haven't had any problems all of last night and I played till 4am and finished with forza online with no problems. I'll find out within the hour if my Xbox live still works when I'm out of work and will update you if you want. Just figured maybe I could help and determine what time the ban took effect.

Could it possibly have something to do with the method used to flash the drive? eg. connectivity kit, or powering with 360 but connecting SATA to pc?
