Question about using USBloader on LU39 Wiis

I understand USB loader works fine on LU39 Wiis but I have a question.
I've never used USB loader but I've read some tutorials and to load games on the USB device, the software (USB loader) rips the game from a disc inside the drive into the USB device.
My question is, if the new drive on these LU39 models can't read fake discs, how do you copy the games into the USB device?

Either rip originals to USB Device or download them and transfer them to USB Device using WBFS manager 3.0.1.
