Need help!!! Bricked Wii

Hi all, hope you are all well.
This is what I've done on my 4.1e PAL wii
I installed softmod, homebrew channel, preloader, internet channel and neogammer. All working no problems. Then i decided i was gonna install USB loader so I could play games from a usb hdd. On the last step of doing this it asked me to install CIOS38 rev 14 which has bricked my wii. (Black screen when i turn it on saying the system files are corrupt etc)
So I loaded bootmii py keeping hold of reset and tried to install the backup of my nand. It wouldn't work so I checked my back up nand file on pc and noticed it had the files NAND.bin and a folder bootmii which contained armboot.bin, bootmii.ini and ppcboot.elf but NO KEYS.bin file. Is there anyway i can recover from this brick. PLEASE HELP!!!
Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I would be very greatful for any help, searched the net and can't find any information which can help me.

I don't see how cIOS38_rev14 could brick your system.

More then likely you patched IOS60 after installing Preloader and this is causing the system files corrupt issue.

Holding down RESET while powering on will boot Preloader not Bootmii. So you really should learn this stuff before you F-UP your system even more then it is.

Try to go into Preloader by holding the reset button down while turning on your system.

Once in Preloader go to the Homebrew Channel then try reinstalling Preloader again.

I re-installed preloder and its all sorted. I also took your advise and spent all my time researching about wii hacks. I know know whats happening and why. Thank you again your knoweldge and time in answering my question. Your a star.
