Is it "safe" to play this Wave 4 back up?

Its just reffering to the new wave, bout as safe as you can be without a new version of ABGX

If there was corruption then the CRCs wouldn't match. Even though abx360 doesn't have support for patching the PFI or video partition on a wave 4 game it can still check the CRCs with the files taken from the retail rip that's in the database, and everything checks out in your case, so you're fine.

If the PFI or video CRCs didn't check out, then the current version of abgx360 wouldn't be able to autofix it even though the info is in the database. The next version will.
