seems to me like the people who got banned all had flashed firmware
I have yet to here of a case of any 1 being banned with the NME v2 chips
that offer
-100% ban proof protection.
until I hear other wise of some one being banned with this chip
its currently andclearly the best choice for back ups on the market.
Some 1 verify this chip is full proof. I wont purchase a 360 until I know for sure.

- Games played - gears 1 and 2 (orig rips), GTA4, COD4 (orig rip),COD WAW(orig rip) guitar hero 3, borderlands, saints row 2, UFC 2009 undisputed, COD MW2,
- All ABGX stealth, some could not be verified, even some of my own rips were not verified, i did not patch these if they were my own.
