Well its not on its datebase yet so i would say no.
plus there is no need to play games early, imo thats why people get banned.

That's the first release I've seen where the PFI and Video CRCs do match up with the proper wave 4 CRCs, but do you really need to ask if it's safe to play online? It's unverified. You don't know if it's been patched or not. It's 9 days before the release date. People were banned for playing Forza 3 before the release date. We have just seen a console ban wave. Connect the dots man, lol.

Sure, it's very safe to play. Look at all the happy posted who haven't been banned for playing games early lately. I'd put it in the drive right now and connect to live and play it online with anyone I can find!

I am playing this as we speak on my banned XBOX, great game buy it when its released.
I am sure Infinity can see all the people playing on THEIR servers.

Playing any game early is always bad on Live. Playing a major release early while connected to Live will get you banned. And, MS is really on the ball with it since the whole ODST thing.

They didn't get on people's tails until Forza 3 was being played. Because I know a bunch of people (myself included) that played ODST weeks before it's release, and we are still unbanned. And we just got done playing MW2, and still not banned, so I really don't know what M$ is doing!

who uses bit torrents anymore with the download limits your ISP puts on you?
youll end up uploading 30 gigs by the time you download an 8 gig game at 200 kb/sec fools
get megaupload and enjoy xbox360iso.com
i get 3 megs a second..not 3 mbit..3 megs from start to finish a game takes about an hour to download
much more worth it and no uploading

Actually i get 5mb/s on torrents and 8mb/s on jdownloader so i'm happy ;)
When it comes to torrents you're best off using private trackers.
