I haven't really been able to find out definitive information I'm looking for, so just a quick couple questions.

I currently have the 1.51 firmware, unbanned so far, and am wondering a few things about the transition to wave 4. I know that if I patch them down to wave 3 I'll for sure get banned playing on live. Only the BenQ can play wave 4 games with 1.51 firmware correct?

Does the 1.6 firmware for lite on play wave 4? And lastly, I don't think there is 1.61 firmware out yet, but when is it supposed to be out? Would it be best to just wait for 1.61?

Only the hitachi with 1.51 can play wave 4's

You need to upgrade to 1.6 and run your games with the active.iso disk. As long as they check out in ABGX, you should be all good.

Thanks for the help. I hear some places that the 1.61 liteon firmware should be out this friday, then other times I hear that there is no date set yet. Anyone have any idea which one is true?

I'm in the same boat (1.51 with liteon), not sure whether to go for 1.6 now or wait for 1.61
