OK, I finally fixed the problem with no audio when re-encoding, now I have a problem with the size after encoding. (Well I had this problem to begin with, but wanted to fix the sound problem first.)

The divx I have is a widescreen divx. When I encode it, it becomes full screen and squishes everything up and making everything very tall. What did I do wrong to make it do that? Any ideas?

ok, I feel like an idiot now. I think I figured this out. There's a tab in advanced that sets the output. I had it on fullscreen, had to change it to fullscreen, keep aspect ratio.
