Problems With GTA IV

Just wanted to know if anybody has had problems play this game. I have 2 flashed 360s and they both do the samething when you play the lost and the damned the opening scene when they are riding there bikes down the road and you hear a truck blow its horn but the truck is not there and then the road will slowly dissappear and the city will slowly go away its like the drive cant keep up with whats going on but I have downloaded 2 time and burned it 3 times with clone cd and I only use Verbatim dvds I have firmware 1.61 and have been making games for about 2 years now and this is the only one I have had this problem with and like I said it does it on 2 different xboxs in the same spots and when you play the game stuff takes a little bit to appear you will drive down the road and there will be nothing there and you hit something and then a car will appear. Just wanted to know if im the only one with this problem and thanks for any advice. And also wanted to let you know when I load it to the hard drive it works fine.

Huge run-on sentence is huuuuge.

Anyways install to HDD and it will fix it. Just keep it that way as reading from disc is not as fast as the HDD.
