I am trying to install cios38 so I can then install the usb loader to play my games of a hard drive.

halfway during the installation i get error 2011 but i dont understand because I can install wads and all. My firmware is 3.2 and I have a wii key.

Please let me know what I need to do and if you can help me out I dont want to ruin my system.

It sounds like you might have an older version of cIOS37 that needs to be uninstalled before cIOS38 can be.

Use AnyTitleDeleter and go to System files and delete IOS249 (DO NOT DELETE ANY OTHER IOS).

After that try installing cIOS38_rev14 again.
